| Body Shop curtains are typically manufactured using 16 gauge clear view pvc windows and often include color skirts/panels as depicted on the above image. Color panels are commonly 18 OZ vinyl’s (nylon reinforced), which provide strength and durability. Skirt and Panel colors include white, brown, gray, blue, yellow, green and black. Colors panels are most commonly heat welded to each other thus providing greater strength and durability. These materials can be easily cleaned and scrubbed as required. |

Hardware styles vary depending on the ceiling structure. Track systems can be suspended by rod or chain and when ceilings are low, hardware can directly attach to the ceiling. When track sections are long (or cannot be shipped via ground), track splices are supplied. Material is connected to track hardware by single roller hooks (nylon wheels – although ball bearing wheels are also available). There is typically one trolley per grommet (every 12” uniformly across the top edge of the entire curtain. When curtains are larger in size, material may be manufactured in sections (with vertical Velcro strips at the edges so partitions stay together). |
